Jim Barlow, Founder and President

Jim Barlow is the firm's founder.  He is a lecturer and guest speaker on topics including tax debt, tax planning, and tax law updates.  He is a Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.), licensed in Connecticut. He is a member of the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants), and is a Personal Financial Specialist (a designation from the AICPA).  He has a Masters of Science in Taxation graduate degree, as well as various insurance licenses and investment registrations.

For more than 18 years, Jim has been an advocate for improving financial well-being through proper tax planning and prudent use of debt. Also, as a C.P.A. (Certified Public Accountant), licensed in Connecticut, he observed first-hand how some taxpayers did not have proper representation when dealing with the IRS.

Jim made it his professional mission to provide tax negotiation and mediation services that would advocate forcefully for taxpayers rights, and provide excellent client service.
